2012 is well underway with lots of people coming to Old Town Clovis for shopping! Our antique stores are busier than ever as people find things for DIY projects and crafts – following the 4 R’s . . . Recycle, Reclaim, Reduce, Repurpose.
A website that you can spend hours and hours on is called Pinterest and it is gaining in popularity . . . when you sign up and connect Facebook, all of your friends can follow you, and you can follow them! It’s a quick way to see what’s hot and what people are liking in as many categories as you can imagine.
I’ve included some photos from the site with ideas that you can easily “do it yourself” by shopping at our local antique stores and creating your own look at home:

Pinterest is a fantastic website to put all your project ideas in one central location! I know we’ll be using it as we plan our upcoming 2012 events!
I’ve used some door knobs and drawer pulls I bought at Fifth Street Antiques to make a hanging jewelry organizer that I found on Pintrest!
