As the summer sun fuels our local farms, customers gather around the two blocks of stands on Pollasky. At 5:30 p.m., the announcement is made and the farmers market proceedings begin. The street is filled with the bright colors of produce and the sounds of happy shoppers.
Locally sourced food is a big deal in Old Town Clovis and throughout this unique area you’ll find restaurants that offer locally grown ingredients. There is great pride in knowing the source of the food we prepare as the cycle from farm to table is completed.
