This Sunday, October 20, 2013, from 8am to 4pm, Old Town Clovis will be holding their biggest Glorious Junk Days ever, with over 150 vendors!
We have had such a huge response to Glorious Junk Days that we had to expand our regular map, adding over 30 spaces to our normal footprint. We have many returning vendors, but a great portion of the vendors are brand new. Antiques and collectibles will be present, but Glorious Junk Days also incorporates vintage treasures, shabby chic, repurposed and recycled furniture, architectural salvage and handcrafted items.
Vicki Shoemaker from 3 Oaks Studios will be on Pollasky in front of the Educational Employees Credit Union doing Annie Sloan Chalk Paid demonstrations. Vicki is a creative force in Old Town, and we are so grateful that she takes time from her busy shop to demonstrate how to turn old junk into beautiful treasures!
Kathy Osterberg Sobelman will be on had to provide appraisals from 9 to 11 am, and from 1 to 3 pm. Please limit your requests to just one item per person. At the Antiques & Collectibles show in September we had lines 40 people deep waiting for appraisals. Kathy is available to come out to your homes, for a fee, to appraise additional items.
The next Glorious Junk Days will be held on May 25th, 2014. If you like what you see and want to be a vendor for that show please contact Kirsty Wimbish at (559) 298-5774 early to get a premium space!
