On Saturday, December 5, 2015, from 1 to 3pm, the Clovis Museum will be holding a “Poster Drama” of Clovis Pioneer, May Case. May Case, along with her husband, Spurgeon, was the founder of the Clovis Independent in 1919. She was honored in 1964 as being the longest working US Reporter (75 years) at the time.

Join the Clovis Museum on December 5th to learn more about this fascinating woman! May Case was the first female Deputy Marshal, wrote for 8 California newspapers and wire services, and interviewed notorious American Indian Chiefs Geronimo and Parker. This is sure to be an interesting presentation and a great way to learn more about one of the people who shaped Clovis!
