ONLY APPROVED APPLICANTS ARE PERMITTED TO SELL AT THE OLD TOWN CLOVIS MARKETPLACE.* THERE IS NO ELECTRICITY PROVIDED TO VENDORS AT THE OLD TOWN CLOVIS MARKETPLACE.* VENDORS MUST ENTER THROUGH THE CHECK-IN AREA (3RD STREET, 5TH STREET, OR 7TH STREET).* ONLY 2 VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED TO UNLOAD DURING SET UP AND TAKE DOWN PER BOOTH SPACE.* VEHICLES MUST UNLOAD AND BE REMOVED FROM SHOW AREA PRIOR TO SETTING UP BOOTHS. VEHICLES MUST BE PARKED ONLY AT THE WATER TOWER PARKING LOT DURING THE EVENT.* VEHICLES ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE SHOW AREA BETWEEN 6:30AM AND 3:00PM (CLOVIS P.D.).* LEAVING EARLY FROM THE SHOW IS PROHIBITED. PACKING UP OR LEAVING EARLY WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM FUTURE SHOWS.* Vendor Terms & Conditions* My signature below acknowledges that I have read the attached hold harmless AGREEMENT and TERMS and CONDITIONS for the Old Town Clovis Marketplace, and agree to abide by them and the other rules pertaining to the event.REQUIREMENTS • No alcoholic beverages or anyone under the influence will be allowed. • Cancellations must be with written notification and a $20.00 refund fee will be assessed. No refunds will be allowed unless cancellations are 30 days prior to the event. Events are held “rain or shine” and no refunds will be given due to bad weather. • It is the seller’s responsibility to report and pay state sales tax per California State Law. • All vendor booth display equipment, tables, canopies, electrical, etc., must be provided by the vendor. Booths and display areas must be clean and attractive. If your space is not left clean, a $25.00 clean-up fee may be charged. • Vendors may not set up or place merchandise for sale or exhibit outside their assigned space. This especially applies to OLD TOWN CLOVIS SIDEWALKS, FLOWER BEDS & BUILDINGS (City of Clovis ordinance). • Show representatives reserve the right to relocate, move or remove from display any merchandise or equipment they believe to be a nuisance, hazard, objectionable to good taste or not within the realm of the Show. • The City of Clovis has a “NO PET” ordinance; please leave your pet at home. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING AGREEMENT CAREFULLY AND KEEP A COPY FOR YOUR RECORDS.AGREEMENT - Participation in the Old Town Clovis Marketplace is by invitation for the exclusive sale of antique & vintage items (minimum of 20 years old), rusty junk, architectural salvage, DIY, painted furniture, handcrafted artisan items, and newer items that compliment vintage finds. The Business Organization of Old Town Clovis reserves the right to approve or deny the showing and sale of merchandise.This agreement is a revocable license for the use of space and not a rental agreement. By issuing this license you agree to comply with all Federal, State, County, and City ordinances and laws in addition to the regulations set forth by the Business Organization of Old Town, Old Town Clovis Marketplace.
