2026 Spring Vendor Application

This is a vintage and antique show. Vendors shall sell items that are Antique, Vintage, Retro, Mid Century and Collectibles that are at least 20 years old. In addition, this show is expanded to include reuse, hand crafted or repurposed items made of old material provided it is vintage material and not new, made to look old. Also, vendors may sell architectural salvage, vintage materials, hardware and the like for repurposing projects. Some new items that compliment antiques and vintage will be allowed, as approved by B.O.O.T. Prior to acceptance of an application, vendors may be contacted by B.O.O.T. for further clarification and/or pictures of merchandise to assure it meets show requirements. B.O.O.T. reserves the right to review vendor merchandise and remove items that do not comply with show requirements. B.O.O.T. no longer accepts applications for newly made crafts, jewelry and the like.

Vendors are permitted to sell: retro, vintage, antique & repurposed vintage items. We will also accept rusty junk and architectural salvage as well as DIY, painted furniture, and handcrafted artisan items. We will allow newer items to be sold that complement vintage finds. B.O.O.T. reserves the right to have final say as to what items will be allowed.

Every effort will be made to accommodate your space request after payment is received. Spaces will be assigned on a first-come basis. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold spaces without payment.

After receipt of your completed application, and upon approval, you will be sent a letter of confirmation via email along with a link for payment.

Vehicles must be left running and removed as soon as possible. Vehicles should not be parked in the center of the street. Booth set up is not permitted until after a vendor’s vehicle has been removed from the show area.*

Vendors are only permitted 2 vehicles in the show area for set up and tear down. Vehicles are not permitted in the show area between 6:30am and 3:00pm (Clovis P.D.)*

Vendors must provide tables, shelving or other fixtures necessary to display merchandise. Please do not display smalls, clothing, etc on the ground. Electricity is not generally available and will not be guaranteed.*

Leaving a street show early is prohibited. Vendors who pack up early/leave early will be disqualified from future shows.*

My signature below acknowledges that I have read the attached hold harmless AGREEMENT and TERMS and CONDITIONS for Glorious Junk Days, and agree to abide by them and the other rules pertaining to the event.
REQUIREMENTS

• No alcoholic beverages or anyone under the influence will be allowed.
• Cancellations must be with written notification and a $20.00 refund fee will be assessed. No refunds will be allowed unless cancellations are 30 days prior to the event. Events are held “rain or shine” and no refunds will be given due to bad weather.
• It is the seller’s responsibility to report and pay state sales tax per California State Law.
• All vendor booth display equipment, tables, canopies, electrical, etc., must be provided by the vendor. Booths and display areas must be clean and attractive. If your space is not left clean, a $25.00 clean-up fee may be charged.
• Vendors may not set up or place merchandise for sale or exhibit outside their assigned space. This especially applies to OLD
TOWN CLOVIS SIDEWALKS, FLOWER BEDS & BUILDINGS (City of Clovis ordinance).
• Show representatives reserve the right to relocate, move or remove from display any merchandise or equipment they believe to be a nuisance, hazard, objectionable to good taste or not within the realm of the Show.
• The City of Clovis has a “NO PET” ordinance; please leave your pet at home.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING AGREEMENT CAREFULLY AND KEEP A COPY FOR YOUR RECORDS.
AGREEMENT - Participation in the Clovis Glorious Junk Days is by invitation for the exclusive sale of antique & vintage items (minimum of 20 years old), rusty junk, architectural salvage, DIY, painted furniture, handcrafted artisan items, and newer items that compliment vintage finds. The Business Organization of Old Town Clovis reserves the right to approve or deny the showing and sale of merchandise.
This agreement is a revocable license for the use of space and not a rental agreement. By issuing this license you agree to comply with all Federal, State, County, and City ordinances and laws in addition to the regulations set forth by the Business Organization of Old Town, Clovis Glorious Junk Days. Failure to comply with any laws, rules or instructions given by show officials adequate grounds to immediately terminate this and future event licenses without refund.
Applicant/Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Business Organization of Old Town, the City of Clovis, Event Sponsors and Event Location Property Owners, their officers, employees, and agents against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages (including damages to the Organization, City Agency, Sponsors and Property Owners property), costs, attorney fees, and liabilities (including cost and liabilities of the Organization, City, Agency, Sponsors or Property Owners with respect to their officers, employees, and agents), in law or in equity, of every kind and nature whatsoever, directly or proximately resulting from or caused by the use and occupation of the facilities herein above described, whether such use is authorized or not, or from any act or omission of Applicant/Participant or any of its officers, agents, employees, and agents on any such claim, demand, or cause of action, an d the Applicant/Participant shall pay and satisfy any judgment or decree which may be rendered against the Organization, City, Agency, Sponsors or Property Owners, their officers, employees, and agents in any such suit, action, or other legal proceedings; and Applicant/ Participant shall pay for any and all damages to property of the Organization, City, Agency, Sponsors and Property Owners, including loss of theft of such property, done or caused by Applicant/Participant, its officers, agents, employees, guests, patrons, and invitees.
