The undersigned does hereby discharge, release, and hold harmless, our Volunteers, Representative Wineries and Food Vendors, Business Organization of Old Town (B.O.O.T.), City of Clovis and their employees from any and all manner of action, suits, damages, or claims whatsoever arising from any loss of damages or claims to the person or property of the undersigned and/or persons who are assisting.

This contract is non-cancellable and non-transferable. There is a $25 fee for all returned checks. The Business Organization of Old Town has my permission to publish photographs or videos taken of me or my business during the Old Town Clovis Wine Walk for purposes related to the promotion of Old Town Clovis.
